- To get daily site updates from Team.
- To resolve any site-related issues without impacting the progress of the work.
Mobilization of Team
To plan & mobilize the team at the site to mobilize Personnel at various sites as per the project schedule.
- To visit different sites where work is under progress to visit various sites where the work is under progress, on a regular basis.
- To check the quality of work as per Norms.
- To identify and finalize multiple Contractors for Execution To identify experienced & qualified Contractors for the execution of project work.
- To monitor the quality of the work executed by the Contractor.
To get the fund released from Dept To coordinate with Team& Dept and get the fund released on time.
Liaison with Govt Officials
To liaise with all the officers in the respective Division To meet and liaise with Govt. Dept Officers on a regular basis.
